    Hello X Team,

    I am having issues with this client site since updating X and plugins. X and all plugins are up to date. The frontend of the site looks fine, and upon initial viewing, the pages on the backend look fine as well. I can see all of the VC modules and content. However, when I click on a module to edit, the VC module edit window is blank – meaning there is no content visible. It is also frozen on TEXT and clicking on VISUAL does nothing. This problem exists on all pages. Help! I will post the site credentials next as a private reply.

    Hi there,

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thank you!

    It was a plugin called Easy Tables(VC) that was built exclusively for Visual Composer by WPBakery, the makers of Visual Composer. Seems weird that their own plugin doesn’t work. Any ideas? I will contact their support about it.
