Hi guys, I have problems with VC on certain elements. I have just setup a brand new install in case there was a problem with the previous install but the same problem exists.

In VC I cannot see the text formatting toolbar (see image attached)

I am using the latest of all plugins, themes and WP

    WP 4.5.2
    X 4.4.2
CS 1.2.4 (not required but a mandatory install)
    VC 4.11.2.1

    Please help!

    Regards
    Paul

    Hi there,

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it doesn’t help, please provide us with URL and login credentials in private replay.

    Thanks.

    Hey there,

I checked and the text formatting shows up and working fine (see attachment). Please try clearing all caches including browser history and check again.

    Thanks.

Very strange, I have just cleared all caches, browser history etc and I still have the same problem. I have tried with Firefox and IE.

It is working fine on other sites I have running X & VC with the same version numbers and the same browser??

    Hello Paul,

Thank you for the video. This is weird because it is working for me too. See attached screenshots.
On VC, can you please right click > Inspect Element > Click on Console Tab: Then if there are errors please send us so we can check. Please do also give us the machine you were using and the OS version together with the browser version for better checking.

    Always,
    X
