Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with Visual Composer conflicting with Formidable Forms Signature add-on.
The issue is that when a form is filled out with a signature, I get a http 500 error when submitting the form (It is fine when no signature is used). I went through disabling all plugins and discovered this error does not occur when Visual Composer is off.
Strangely this is the 3rd site we have built for clients using X-Theme and these plugins and there has never been an issue. The signature plugin developer is unwilling to help as the plugin works without Visual Composer. Are you able to help in any way?

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
