Hi there,

I’m hoping you can help me with this issue I am having. My visual composer isn’t working, it worked with the subdomain / dev domain, and now I am currently trying to fix this one.

I have tried uninstalling visual composer, and re-installing it but nothing is working, it says that there’s an update for it, but I can’t update until theme X updates visual composer.

I can’t see anything on the text or visual and I can’t change text etc it’s stopping me progressing with the site.

I know I shouldn’t bump this, but there’s also another issue.

There’s question marks in diamonds… What could this be?

You can edit copyright from Customize -> Footer.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
