    Hello there

    We are using theme X and are very satisfied
    There are two questions I would like to ask:
    – We are having trouble with updating visual composer plugin, are there any problems known about that?
    – Also when activating a change on the website with viusual composer, it takes a lot of tim until the changes are saved, do you know any solution / fix to that problem as well?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please Uninstall Visual Composer and then reinstall Visual Composer via Addons under WP Admin menu. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi There

    On your Wp-Admin Dashboard

    Unistall VC by going to > Plugins > Installed Plugins

    Than on the Wp-Admin Dashboard find Addons and click there.

    Scroll down until you find Visual Composer, click install it and activate it.

    Thanks for the instructions, it worked out fine and VS is updated!
    Do you have any idea why when activating a change on the website with viusual composer, it takes a lot of time until the changes are saved, do you know any solution / fix to that problem ?

    Hi there, we tried everything you requested so far, VS is still very slow when saving changes, too slow so our customer is complaining.
    So we bought the official plugin Visual Composer, installed it so I could get help from their support.
    They asked me to delet a Visual Composer related code present in the theme added by the theme author. Is there any possibility to help me out with this not to loose the extra elements you might have added as well? Thank you so much for your help!!

    Hello Barbara,

    Unfortunately, we can’t have both. If you use the standalone plugin and remove all added theme integrated codes, we will loose the extra elements that was added. Removing those codes mean removing the extra elements as well.

    The X integrated elements would be lost and you. A list of those element could be seen at http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/accordion/
