    Theme VC says I can’t update as I have to active the license but its part of the theme.

    Please try deleting and re-installing it by accessing WP-Admin Addons.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for the updates and sorry for the confusion! The latest supported version of Visual Composer being bundled in X is current just 4.11.2.1. We are still yet to release an update containing the latest version of VC and other plugin updates. You can check out the latest supported and compatible plugin versions from here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    Hope this explains it.

    Where do I put the API Key to have the automatic update from my theme account? Or is this something I am always going to have to manually update the X theme each time?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the confusion again. You will be able to update the compatible version automatically not the version released by WPBakery. It’s because we need to test the compatibility first before putting it into update server to avoid any conflict for any user. So when WPBakery release any update, you need to wait couple of days while we test this with X.

    Hope this makes sense.
