Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you for the credentials. I made this test page:Visual Composer Test to check the issue and yes, I can confirm that the Custom Headline is not showing on the frontend but then I can’t duplicate the issue on my test site. Would you mind reinstalling X theme and visual composer? Please login via FTP and then delete x theme folder from wp-content/themes/ and visual-composer folder js_composer on wp-content/plugins. Then install it again via Addons. Do let us know how this goes.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
