    Hi,

    I´m using X them on rubrika.es and I´m having a problem with the “Diseño web” visibility. It works fine on any device but vertical tablet and I can´t understand why.

    Could you help me please?

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the WP credentials! I have checked the page and it turns out that the said section ‘Diseño web’ is only visible on desktop screens. It will be hidden in all other screen size. Please edit the page and check the visibility settings.

    actually this element is duplicated, one version only visible on desktop and the other one only visible on phone mobile.

    I´m sorry but it didn´t work.

    Its weird that the elements below are exactly like that one but those do work. May there is something I´m missing?

    Before we continue, please update your X theme and Visual composer first. You did updated the cornerstone but it’s only compatible with latest X theme as well.

    I see you’re page was built with Visual Composer. Please update Visual Composer too. To do that, uninstall VC and install again via WP Admin > Addons.

    I’ve change Visible Desktop to Hidden Phone (see attachment). Now it shows up on Tablet (see attachment).
