    Hello!

Love the theme so far, but I’m having a little trouble with Revolution Slider. I created a few carousels using Vimeo videos, and finally got the sizing/ratio to look right. Then, I noticed when I hover over each video, the video will move like a pixel up! In another slider with the same settings, the hovered videos move like a pixel to the left. I’m using a background photo (temporary image to be replaced) and the videos are set up as layers.

Also, when the page loads, the carousel content is not centered and has to move into place, to the right. Then, a few seconds later, the regular animation kicks in and it moves to the left. Can I prevent the initial move to the right?

My site is OCcreates.com, but it’s not complete so it’s in maintenance mode right now. How do I grant you access to see what I’m talking about? WordPress 4.5.3, X 4.6.0, Cornerstone 1.3.0.

    Thank you!

    Hi There,

Upon checking your setup, could not be able to see any movement upon hover or there is no pixel up. The only animation I see is when passing the video it will move to the first slide or it will move to the right.

Upon checking the slider revolution documentation and settings there is no way to remove the movement when you pass the slider. Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme or plugin and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

    Thank you for your understanding.

It looks like it’s no longer doing it in Safari either. Go figure. Ask for help and just the power of the support person being nearby always resolves the issue. Guess the mere presence of you fixed it! Thanks!
