    Instead of the video appearing on the portfolio, there’s an error.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please edit your portfolio item and scroll to the top then find Screen Options. Once done, please toggle on the Video Portfolio Item Settings. This will open another meta box for video settings and you should able to find it when you scroll down.

    Then add your video URL or embed code on the input fields.

    That should do it 🙂 Cheers!
