Hi, I’m referring to my page http://tastywork.com/brand-yourself/

I have 2 issues with this video slide:

    1. The video seems to have lost its sound. The link of youtube video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=symZzKcQs-U

    2. How do I get rid of that cover image?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It seems you are using video as background and background video supposed to be soundless. If you want sound then you need to add the video as layer not video background.

    Cheers!

    (1) I tried adding it as a video layer but it doesn’t seem to be working. The cover worked but the video isn’t playing.

    (2) How do I shrink the container under the slider (the 2 rows) to fit the screen perfectly, and not be bigger?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    1. Don’t use youtube URL when it requires a video URL. You should use the actual URL of the video file, like the URL of mp4 file. Youtube URL is a video page and not a video file.

I checked your site, and video is empty, nothing added on it.

    2. You can add width: 80%; to your section’s row style input. Same as section, you can inspect your section row and it has additional options for style, class, and ID. But you just need to add the width on style input.

    Thanks!

    1. That’s what I did. I added a new Video layer, then selected html5 and then put the URL to my mp4 file. And, even removed the cover to see if it made any difference but the video is still not playing.

    The Video link is:

    [video src="https://tastywork.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/1791373_8e7be71413b7df3fff6a6839bcc2fe2e33258a9b.mp4" /]

    2. It worked to make the images smaller, however, it’s no longer full screen. There is space on the right and left sides. How can I make the images to take over the entire screen?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    1. Nothing added as I checked the source code, the video URL isn’t there. Would you mind providing your login credentials in private reply?

    2. Would you mind clarifying? Shrinking and making it fit in the entire screen is a bit against each other. Or maybe you’re referring to the background image? You can add this in style input, background-size: 100% 100%;, or background-size: cover;

    Thanks!
