    Hi,

    I have mute selected but does’t work. I tried this topic but did’t work as well. Any thoughts ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for responding, yes I’ve checked the mute video but nothing happens, the sound is still on. Any thoughts ?

    Hi There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If not a plugin conflict, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Revslider with issue

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    You have set up the video correctly.

    The sound was coming from the Option Video Background you setup on your page.

    I Went ahead and removed for you.

    This is located at your WordPress Backend editor just below where you selected your video above masthead.
