Paul BParticipantHi Themeco
I have checked the forums and cannot find an answer to my problem, sorry.
I am using the latest version of x theme and using the Ethos stack in serverpress offline development so am unable to share the links.
When I try to create a video portfolio the video will not show in the thumbnails on the portfolio page or around the site ( I have a portfolio preview section on the home page)
The solutions I have found on this forum all point to a “featured content” box with the option to choose “media” as featured image, I however do not seem to have such an option (see attached screenshot).
To clarify the videos work on the portfolio single item page but not as thumbnails anywhere else on the site.
Kind Regards

RupokMemberHi Paul,
Kindly follow this – https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/how-to-make-video-visible-on-portfolio-page/#post-399386
Note that it’s not same for all stacks since each stack have it’s own unique layout. So if you don’t see the option then it’s not available for your stack (you can try changing the stack). In that case, I’d suggest you to use an appropriate featured image.
Cheers!
