    Hi,
    I have a video on paylance.us/features that works perfectly on Mac, PC and android devices, but when trying to play it with an iphone nothing seems to happen: I tap play, the interface glitches for a moment but nothing happens.

    I have all themes and plugins up to date:
    WP: 4.6.1
    x-theme: 4.6.2
    Cornerstone: 1.3.2

    I have already tried deactivating all plugins looking for a plugin conflict but it didn’t help, it won’t play on iphones.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    I have the same problem. Vimeo video wont play on iphone (safari)

    Hi there,

    You added your Vimeo on a video player element instead of using video embed element. Please note that Vimeo URL is not linking to a video file, it links on the video page.

    Video player only works with the video file, and not all browsers support video page (example, try accessing this URL https://vimeo.com/188111664 and it will display a page instead of the actual video file).

    Please switch to video embed element.
