    Hi There,

    I’ve been reading quite a few forum entries on activating the video above the masthead on the homepage, and got as far as I can. I used youtube previously but it wouldn’t work on Macs and the formatting slipped. Now my issue is: 1) I can’t work out how to make it full page when it opens? and 2) the text animation isn’t appearing either.

    I realise some of this might be a slider question (not X) but thought to start with you as you are so helpful – a huge thanks. In the next entry I will include log in details to my site.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6
    Cornerstone: 1.3
    Visual Composer: 4.12
    Revolution slider: 5.2.5.3

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    And if you are using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
