Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP HostnameDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin FooBox plugin. Please make sure that you have configuration this plugin correctly. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

michaelxxxParticipantHi,
is there maybe a problem with Firefox and the Shortcodes?
When I open this site in Firefox:
http://one-million-places.com/reiseberichte/australien-neuseeland/australien/sightseeing-melbourne
the counter is not working and stays on “0”. (see screenshot)When I open the same site in Chrome I got no problems.
I use the newest version 50.0.2 of Firefox.December 3, 2016 at 2:45 pm #1280038
RadModeratorHi there,
It works on my firefox, what device you’re testing it on?
