    Hello ,

    I have purchased and installed your theme on my site..I have uploaded one mp4 format video in revolution slider..Video is displaying in desktop but not in mobile on home page..Please solve my issue asap

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Videos are not “autoplay” on mobile, thus you can’t make it visible as background. To play video on mobile, it needs interaction from the user like tapping it. And there is no way to tap a background video 🙂

    It’s mobile restriction, you don’t want to see your visitor charged by $$ just because your video played. In mobile, data charges are possible. And because of that, video background are hidden by default intentionally so you wont see a background video that has play icon that never plays.

    So what is the solution because that area is looking as gap and that is not good

    Hi There,

    On Revolution Slider where you setup your Video URL you have a button Video Poster.

    Click There and select an image that will be displayed when your video is not played on mobile devices.

    Please see image attached for an example.
