    I’m having trouble with the self-hosted video shortcode — the video controls are not showing up. My theme and plugins are all up to date. Is there something I’m missing?

    Hi There,

    Seems like your iframe code is not there, what is being shown is actually just the poster image.

    Please check if your video is setup correctly.

    If you can´t find the issue, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    I just tested all your videos on my Android Phone on Android´s Native Browser and Android´s Firefox and the sound is working just fine.

    Would you mind testing in another Android phone beside yours and let us know if you are also experiencing the issue?
