markcfrancisParticipantHi There
I know there have been a few posts around this but I cant find an answer that fits my specific issue.
See http://intelligent.wpengine.com/.
The homepage video seems to work ok in some browsers but Chrome/Mac in particular is terrible.
See https://youtu.be/8eUCIx01bWI which will show you what I am seeing.
The video is pretty light and my speed here is around 150MB so should load instantly.
Thanks
Mark

ChristianModeratorHey Mark,
It could be that you’re using
.mov. Please convert your video to.mp4.Thanks.

markcfrancisParticipantHi Rahul, we’ve added the MP4 (only around 8MB now) and it seems to work well on Safari etc. My developers seem to find it works with Chrome but it hangs on a grey screen for me http://intelligent.wpengine.com/. Might be a caching issue. How does it look to you?
Thanks
Mark

Paul RModeratorHi Mark,
Video works fine on me too.
I tested in firefox and chrome.
Try to clear your browser cache and check again.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Your revolution slider is working fine on my end.
Themepunch has changed a lot on their engine on this update so you could try to edit your slider re-save and check if it works
If that does not work, there is a known issue that is affecting a few installations after the last update.
WOuld you mind trying to downgrade your revolution slider to a previews versions?
To do that download it from the link below access your website via FTP access WP Content / Plugins / Remove RevSlider and Add the one containing on the zip file from the link below:
You won´t lose any of your creations, everything is stored on the database and not in the plugin folder.

Hope that helps

Rue NelModeratorHello Mark,
Upon checking your site, it appears that there is a JS error on the page. This may have been the reason why the video froze. The error says something that the video is being paused. Please see it here: http://prntscr.com/d9w426
Would you mind providing us the login credentials so that we can take a closer look?
Thanks you.
