    I’ve finished building my site using x theme and have (since starting) had consistent problems with site loading times.

    Using feedback from google’s page speed analysis tool, I’ve been optimising images successfully, setting up caching settings using W3 Total Cache successfully.

    My hosting company advise that server response times are well within expected times (200-300ms).

    Google consistently advises to “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”. I understand what this means but no idea how to implement. Can you advise on this specifically?

    Can you advise as to other reasons that the site consistently loads so slowly? Also attached is results from
