I went to univeristy but I cannot figure this out

Look at this page

then look at this page

Can you notice one says LAUNCH PROJECT but the other one does not say LAUNCH PROJECT?

Why ? And I how do I change the word to VIEW PROJECT?

I DON’T HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL

We’re sorry the Portfolio Customizer instruction is missing in our Knowledge Base. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Portfolio and change the Launch Project Title to liking.

For the missing link, please ensure you’ve entered the correct URL in the Project Link (see attachment) under the Portfolio Settings of your portfolio.
