Is there a way to modify the browser window title?
Seems strange the way it is currently.
Right now the window title for the home page shows [Site Title] + “|”(vertical bar) + [Tagline] (… both taken from Settings/General in WordPress admin).
So the title will show up as something like “My Site |” if you don’t have a tagline….which looks really odd.

And for pages (other than home) it shows [Page Title] + vertical bar + [Site Title].

    So:
+ Is there a way to remove dangling vertical bar for homepage title?

+ Reverse order of page/site … so it’s “My Site | Contact” instead of “Contact | My Site” for example.

Would be great to do this WITHOUT having to use Child Theme. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

    HI There,

    Thanks for writing in.

In order to modify the browser tab title, you need to do it using child theme.

How to setup child theme: https://community.theme.co/kb/how-to-setup-child-themes/

    To remove the vertical bar:

You could follow the thread below on how to modify or change your browser tab title.

    Hope it helps.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
