    I wonder if u can take a look at a menu item that I can’t manage to vertical-align to match the others. It’s in the main menu of http://www.tellasia.org “About Us” item “Asia Amazing.” It is a “custom” menu item whereas the others are regular pages. My custom css currently is: 

    /*Ubermenu item style*/
#megaMenu ul.megaMenu li#menu-item-3118 > a{
  padding-top:10px !important;
}
