    Hi team!

    I unfortunately have an issues that I desperately need help with please:

    Visual composer isn’t working. I click edit page, and VC shows up, but all the elements don’t – please see screenshot. I have tried refreshing but nothing…

    Everything is uptodate too.

    Hey there,

    Can you give us details on what you did before this happened? You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi Christian, thanks for a fast response!

    I know this sounds weird, but the only thing that I did differently is not visit the website for a couple of months. I come to edit it again and the VC disappeared.

    I now have another issue, I enter in the url (http://www.sarahkobal.com/tempHP/) and it now opens a blank page. I visit http://www.sarahkobal.com/tempHP/gallery for example, and the same thing happens. Please please can you help asap? Of course this happens the night before I have to present it! Thanks very much!

    Hi there,

    I can’t see any blank page rather both of the pages loading fine on my end – http://prntscr.com/b4seqr

    However regarding the VC issue, it seems you are using older version of X, Cornerstone and VC. Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi there,

    There is update available for X, after updating x there should be update available for cornerstone and VC as well.
