Greetings!

I am having some issues with installation and activating of addons, as well as automatic updates. It seems to be acting as if my site is not validated, but it shows and the buttons of the Addons > Home page that it is. I am unable to install addons, it tells me “no package provided” when I click for details. Any ideas what is happening and how to remedy it?

Hi there,

May I know what is the current version of your X?
If it’s older than v4, please:

1] follow this link and update x manually https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
2] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
3] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
4] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
5] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
6] Now you should be able to update plugins automatically.
