    Hello customer service

    I have problem with two of my sites.

    Site 1: It keeps saying “The cornerstone license is not validated” but I already have validated the X license and the cornerstone should be included? right?

    Site 2: X is validated and I have no problems with cornerstone but X don’t update automatic. Why?

    Hi there,

    Yes if you validate X, Cornerstone should be validated automatically. If you are using the version of X older than 4.3 then you might face some issue. If you are using that version or earlier, kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    After updating theme, everything should be fine and then update all other plugins.

    Hi There,

    No, it will just update the theme, your website is stored on the database and not on the theme folder.

    ***We do recommend you to perform a backup before going trough this changes.
