I validated my X theme licence for my website http://www.being-in-voice.com successfully when I set it up last week. Except that the next day, I keep getting the message “Cornerstone is not validated”. I re-enter the purchase code, which is not accepted. In my ThemeCo account, under ‘manage licences’, the licence is there.
I also notice that when I go to Layouts, Templates, there is nothing there. No templates. No blocks. Nothing. Just the Buttons “Save” and “Upload”. And other things are missing too.
I’d appreciate your early assistance.

Once your site is validated with the given purchase code, Cornerstone will automatically validated and you can use it throughout the time. You don’t need any additional purchase code to use Cornerstone.
If you have anything further to ask, provide us with your WordPress Username and Password along with the Purchase code, so that we can take a closer look of it.
