    Hello I wanted to switch my licence to another site. But upon validating I get the ‘Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid.’ error.

    Are there any solutions for this?

    Hey There,

    We will need some additional information like the url of the site you want to validate and if possible WordPress admin login credentials.

    Hi there,

    Your issue was that you were installed an older version of Cornerstone plugin, so that our validation process will not function correctly. I have updated your Cornerstone plugin and tested validating using our temporary license.

    Now you should be able to use your license key to validate your site.
