eirewayParticipantWe have taken over a previously designed site and moved it to a new domain. We just bought a new license, but we have issues validating the installation.
The site has version 4.4.2 of X installed and version 1.2.4 of Cornerstone installed.
On the AddOn page we get the verification that X has been validated. However, update is NOT working.
We do not understand how to add and validate Cornerstone – we are not able to add this to our account.
Please advice how to proceed – we’re in a hurry to get this up running by the end of TODAY!

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Previous version of X with the latest WordPress has an issue with automatic update. In this case, we advice that you do the manual update. You can manually update your x|theme by following the guide provided here: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/having-trouble-validating/#post-1164019
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

eirewayParticipantJust a question before doing a manual upgrade: Is Cornerstone a part of the x.zip package?
September 16, 2016 at 2:01 am #1177799
eirewayParticipantSorry, I have look through the x.zip and can’t find it there. So, where is Cornerstone? It’s supposed to be a free AddOn to the X, right?

RupokMemberHi there,
If you install latest version of X, Cornerstone will be installed automatically after validation. If you already have older version of Cornerstone installed then deactivate and remove this from your site.
If you download the complete package from Themeforest then you will find all extensions there.
Cheers!

eirewayParticipantThe complete package was downloaded from Themeforest half an hour ago 🙂 However, Cornerstone is not found in the extension folder of the package. How do we get the Cornerstone reinstalled? Happens automatically after X installation?
