When I paste my envato code into the field and hit enter it only sends me to a blank screen. This is in my local env, which I’ve set up according to the recommendations to be at something like “example.dev” and added it in my account on the themco site under dev env. How can I fix this ? the blank page is at http://example.dev/wp-admin/admin.php?

First of all, please check your PHP version. Make sure you’re running PHP 5.6 or above on your server. Then make sure your X theme & Cornerstone plugin are uptodate (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

If you need further assistance, Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– Your purchase code
– WordPress Admin username / password
