    Hi there, I’m trying to validate a new x theme purchase for a client’s website and every time I input the Envato purchase code I get the message: We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.
    I’ve code I’ve used is straight from envato, also from the Manage Licenses section of Theme.co I’ve assigned the client website in theme.co (and tried unassigning and reassigning) but still having no luck – I’m not using the purchase code for any other site. Could I please have some help.

    Hi Leah,

    According the to the message, it seems you are trying to validate Cornerstone instead of X. You need to validate X and Cornerstone will be validated automatically. Kindly follow the Product Validation guide.
