I purchased a new license and am having difficulties. Here’s what was done.
1) Installed WP in Godaddy account and checked to be working fine
2) Purchased another X-theme
3) Received email with Purchase code
4) In Themeco site clicked “Verify New Purchase” and went through that process
5) Went back into wordpress site admin and entered code and clicked “enter”
6) Keeps giving error:“Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
I just purchased this so I can’t have used it anywhere else :/
