    everytime I go into cornerstone it says “You’re almost finished! Great to see you’re using Cornerstone with X, but it is ​not validated.”

    I click “CLICK HERE TO VALIDATE” and then the page changes and on the right hand side it says “Your site is validated.”

    When I go back into Cornestone it again pops up the message “You’re almost finished! Great to see you’re using Cornerstone with X, but it is ​not validated.” its like my validation isn’t sticking?

    Hi There,

    Let´s try this. Uninstall Cornerstone and follow theses steps than re-install Cornerstone.

    Please do the following:

    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    This worked for the X Addons, however whenever I go to cornerstone it is still occurring?

    Please try uninstalling Cornerstone. X will install it again automatically. If that doesn’t help, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP.

    Hi there,

    You shouldn’t edit the parent theme in any circumstances. You can use Child Theme for your custom codes.

    However if your X is validated then deactivate and remove the Cornerstone completely. It will be automatically installed and validated by X and it works.

    Yes, I just did that and its still not keeping validation when I click on Cornerstone.

    Hi There,

    I believe the best solution for you will be to install Cornerstone manually this time via FTP or Cpanel

    Please uninstall your Cornerstone via WP-Admin Dashboard than please update Cornerstone manually by uploading it to ftp. Please check our our knowledge base to know how: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    Hey There,

    Can you please reinstall it completely by deleting Cornerstone using FTP and installing it all over again from the dashboard?
