Hi. I validated X the moment I launched it a year ago for this particular site, but now I cannot update the theme nor cornerstone automatically because it claims my site “is not” validated. I click the link to validate and it just takes me to the Addon Home that says congratulations, x is now installed.
I cannot delete anything using Cornerstone and I need to get this rectified. Why am I suddenly not validated.

Please help! I have information up there that needs to be taken down so I need simple delete functionality restored.
Currently running X 4.1.1 since I didn’t realize automatic updates was turned off.

Thanks for updating. There was a known bug on X 4.3.0 with WordPress 4.5 regarding the automatic update. If you are using that version or earlier, kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/
You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

After updating theme, everything should be fine and then update all other plugins.
