Hi, I have 6 licenses managed in my account, and I can only get 3 of them to validate in the WP Admin. They’ve moved domains slightly, as I’ve deleted a few websites. But I need to get them to work so that I can start updating the plugins.

I’ve been through your validation guide. It doesn’t give me an error, it says:

Uh Oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

When I click on the details link, it creates a popup that has nothing in it.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Envato Purchase Code

Hi there,

Please connect through your FTP and delete the Cornerstone plugin folder (“/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/”). Then visit X Addons section within your WordPress backend and that should install the latest version of Cornerstone automatically. After that, try validating your site.
