    Hi all,

    I have purchased X Theme today but I’m not able to validate the license key. The installation was successful but when I enter the purchase code into the command line in WordPress (“Input code and hit enter”), I cannot confirm it with enter. Nothing happens, not even an error message. I tried multiple browsers and multiple devices w/o success.

    Hi Marc,

    This was being caused by a plugin conflict.

    I am not sure which, but I believe would be the page builder you have installed, could be another one.

    If you notice something strange/malfunctioning on your website, You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
