Simon WellsParticipantHi,
I’ve just tried to use automatic update to update my X-theme and plugins and I’m getting the ‘package not available’ error message along with a note to validate X to update theme and plugins. However, when I go to Addons Home and Cornerstone Home, both pages show that the theme and Cornerstone are validated and able to receive automatic updates. Where am I going wrong?

JoaoModeratorHi Guys
Please turn off any cache or security plugin during the process and do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.Hope that helps,
Let us know how it goes
Thanks,
Joao

Simon WellsParticipantHi there,
Sorry to be stupid, but I don’t understand your instructions. Specifically Step 3: ‘After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address’.
How does that instruction translate into my website please?

Chris GParticipantHe means the address you have in Settings/General for your wp installation hth

pantnickParticipantHad the same issue. Solved it by revoking my licence and entering again.
Go to your wp admin under X Addons menu. On your right you should see something like that Your site is validated. Revoke validation. Press revoke. Now go to your theme.com licence manager and copy the purchase code you already have assigned to your website. Paste it in the same menu you revoked you access from. Thats what i did and worked like a charm.June 2, 2016 at 12:22 pm #1022578

Simon WellsParticipantI’m still struggling. I’ve revoked my licence, purged the cache, reassigned the licence. My Addons Home page and Cornerstone Home page both show automatic updates unlocked. Why isn’t it working?
June 3, 2016 at 6:07 am #1023994
Simon WellsParticipantAh Ha! My fault! I didn’t understand the difference between unassigning the license and revoking validation and missed the revoke validation link on the Addons Home page. All now updated and working. Thanks…
