    Hi,
    I got a problem regarding my registration. I was moving my page from one domain to another, trying to revoke my validation, but nothing happens and now I´m not able to update my theme and the extensions automatically. After every try it says that my account is valid, altough I just revoked it and didn´t have a chance to type in a new API-Key!

    Would be great if you could help.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Your themeco credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    It is because of your Cornerstone version is outdated and it doesn’t allow to validate your theme properly. I have updated Cornerstone and validated your X theme. Now you should be able to update and install addons.

    Make sure to purge your server cache before testing your site.
