    Greetings,

    I purchased X Theme and used it to develop a site in a temporary site url for design development for my domain – as assigned by GoDaddy.

    After launching the live site (http://www.colorvood.com) today, I’m getting a prompt that X Theme is not validated. I tried to re-validate with the purchase code but it was denied because “another site is using it.”

    I searched the knowledge base and it looks like I have to reassign it. But I’m not getting the same process and prompt as described in your article at https://theme.co/x/member/kb/product-validation/ (file attached). I don’t want to create a mess. Can you fill in the blanks?

    PS. Love love love how X Theme design options worked. Very powerful. Everything turned out exactly as designed when I went live.
