Archive / Validated site, but theme updater says "Update package not available."

    In Updates-Themes, I get the error “An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.” yet i have validated my site URL at themeco.
    In Appearance-Themes-X-Details, it still says “Validate X to enable automatic updates”
    But at the bottom of the X-Addons page it says “Your site is validated.”
    How can I get it to run the update?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
