    Good Morning,

    I purchased an X theme license for my site, “www.spartanmarketing.net”. X theme is currently installed, validated and updated on this site.

    I created a subdomain, “dev.spartanmarketing.net”, and installed X theme on it as well. I am unable to validate the theme license. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    You can only validate it once per install. If you wish to validate it on your subdomain, then you’ll have to revoke it on your main domain.

    I assigned the dev.spartanmarketing.net as a development environment. Maybe I don’t understand how that works…

    Hi there,

    Please try the exact URL with http, eg. http://dev.spartanmarketing.net. That solve my similar issue on my local sites.

    And you may also provide your login credentials in private reply, I’ll try out my purchase key.
