I’m already read this.
I was copy/paste purchase code, hit enter and nothing happend. Like my enter button doesn’t work. Cursor still blinking.

Themeco web site shows my purchase code is verified but I can’t finished (even start) validation on WordPress site.

Hi there,

The issue was caused by one of your plugins, I went ahead deactivated them and validated your product.

In case you have issue installing x’s plugins, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.elps.
