sharp-imageParticipantHello,
Can you tell me how I can setup the G+, LINKEDIN and MAIL X icons without the border radius? The white part outside the icons has a little radius and is not totally a saqaure. For example: http://boukestar.nl/portfolio-item/herontwerp-voor-bouwinvest-van-vraagtrechter-en-klantenbinding/
Thanks regards,

ChristianModeratorHey Bouke,
We’re sorry but that is the design of the icon font (see attachment) and could not be modified.
Thanks.

sharp-imageParticipantHi Christian,

ChristianModeratorHey Bouke,
I’ve disabled your Cookie plugin and then switched to the default permalink and I got a access forbidden message on that page (see attachment). Looks like you have a WordPress or server setup related issue. Please ensure you have correct WordPress files and folders permission. See https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/ for more details. Also, please contact your web host for error logs and see if they can help.
Thanks.

sharp-imageParticipantHey Christian,
Why is it necessary to switch to the default permalink settings? All the pages are set up with Cornerstone only the in Cornerstone setup up/vector-download page isn’t working. I’ve also tried to fix it by making the page setup again with cornerstone. But when I want to add a new vector section the cornerstone section dont work anymore.
I’ve build this section again: http://boukestar.nl/nieuw-download-test/ when I drop the current vector-downloads into the garbage and update the slug into vector-downloads will this issue be fixed? This could be a right problem indeed, but strange that it only happen for this page. Please be carefull with chaning something. I have advertisements behind the vector download pages.
Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
Permalinks are needed to be regenerated to clear some cache related URLs. And it’s just part of the test.
On some cases, hosting has a security feature that blocks some request. And that error page is just one proof of that. And your content might have some content that your site’s security think that should be blocked even if it’s just containing text or some data.
Would you mind providing some error logs if possible?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
They aren’t error logs, they are just access logs. Showing what files is loaded, which data is posted, and who access it.
Please provide your CPanel login credentials if possible. I may able to check it.
Thanks!

Paul RModeratorHi
Upon checking it looks like there is a conflict with vector-downloads/ url.
I tried changing it to vector-downloads1 just to test and cornerstone works.

Kindly check if you have a post, category, media or portfolio that has the same url as your page.
Thanks

sharp-imageParticipantHi,
Thanks for your email. Not a very clean solution, but chaning the slug everytime for updating this page in Cornerstone works!
Nothing found in the media, post or portfolio with the same urls. When you click on one of the download subjects like: http://boukestar.nl/download-vector-muzikanten/ you see that in the slug of the link comes up: download-vector-etc. Not sure or this is the problem. I guess when I make a directory where I place the download pages the problem is also solved.
For example: boukestar.nl/vector-downloads/name-of-the-download/
Can I create a extra subdir by updating the slug? Thanks!

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
