    Hi,

    I’ve been using this forum now for a couple of months and the support is great, so thank you.

    My only gripe is that I can’t find a way to get email notifications when I’ve received a reply from you guys.

    Most other forums I use, I post a question and when I get a reply it will notify me by email that the thread has been updated or some other helpful notice.

    On her I have to constantly login and check if there has been any replies. So sometimes I can miss the replies and the whole conversation can take days.

    ok I have subscribed, what happens when I get a reply? Do I get an email?
    Nothing happened on another thread I subscribed to.

    Hi Ed,

    Can you confirm your are assigned to that specific thread?

    You are not getting e-mail notifications? Are you sure you are checking the e-mail linked to your Themeco account?
