Carla CParticipantI had been getting: “Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect.” errors on every page and presumed it was because i had not migrated cornerstone info via msql the EXACT way described in your how to (even though I had initially done an export direct from myAdminPHP from the local database and an import direct from the live database myAdminPHP).
So I followed these instructions to the t:https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/
I reloaded the site and thought the problem was fixed as the error messages on every page disappeared and I could use cornerstone again. I made an edit in cornerstone on the about page (custom style on text element: font-size: 0) and then afterwards, the error messages reappeared and cornerstone stopped working.
I don’t know if the action of saving was related?
I have also contacted dnhost as suggested for open_basedir errors that you are unable to address, as I have limited time and want to have this issue fixed ASAP as website launch really needs to be complete by tomorrow. However, it seems odd that cornerstone worked and all of a sudden doesn’t, so if you can check if the problem is rooted in x-theme that would be much appreciated!!!
I have attached the sql file. The full error message is:
.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 215 PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/definition.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/hoopit.gr\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 215 PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone/lang/cornerstone-en_GB.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/hoopit.gr\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 561
Thanks greatly, eagerly awaiting your response!

Carla CParticipantAlso, I had this error when I added the activation code into the dashboard to activate the theme:
{“success”:true,”data”:{“complete”:true,”message”:”Congratulations,<\/strong> your site is now validated!”}}.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 215 PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/definition.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/hoopit.gr\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 215 PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone/lang/cornerstone-en_GB.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/hoopit.gr\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\hoopit.gr\httpdocs\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 561
So instead I went to the manage licenses page and typed hoopit.gr in there.
Don’t know if that effects anything but I thought it might be useful.September 6, 2016 at 9:22 pm #1163877

Carla CParticipantI’m not 100% sure yet, but I seem to have fixed it using the duplicator plugin created sql as opposed to the WP Migrate DB plugin. Now just link building and testing site functionality and responsiveness.
THANKS GREATLY!
