    Hi there,

    I’m really desperate because all of a sudden my newsletter signup form doesn’t work anymore.
    I have a competition running where you can sign up for my newsletter and win my game. But somehow it doesn’t work anymore.

    It always says that it cannot add the name to the list.

    Did something change?

    This is extremely urgent since it worked this Sunday and all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore.

    Hi Franziska,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Mailchimp Login

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    could you send me an email address so I can create a user account for you in wordpress.
    I would feel safer since I can delete it later.

In relation to this, we do not usually provide any email address because we would like that all our staff can have access to your site to respond the issue as soon as possible. It is best that you create a dummy email address and user access for us to use in accessing your site.

    Thanks for providing the information. I have checked your site and it turns out that there is a JS error on the page: 

    
MailChimp Error: MMERGE1 must be provided - Please enter a value. [Mailchimp_List_MergeFieldRequired]
