    Hey guys,

    I’ve got an mpeg4 video that I loaded into a layer on the slider revolution, on the main section of my website. It plays in google chrome, but doesn’t appear to be playing in firefox. Do I need to upload multiple file formats, so that it can switch depending on the browser? Is that possible to do in the slider revolution?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! If you use .mp4 then it should play in Firefox fine. You can try opening the video URL in Firefox to see what happens. Here you can check the video format compatibility across the browsers – http://caniuse.com/#search=video
