    I have the same issue. Specific products are accessible but shop main page is blank. I toggled to twenty fifteen and shop page works there just fine!

    I have a similar problem. On the shop page where the product categories should be visible all products are shown in one column instead. Made a test with Twenty Fifteen and everything is ok.

    @Melker,

    Please check this other thread,

    https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/wpml-5/?replyto=1026860#post-1029292

    It’s due to WPML integration by X theme and it overrides default template for woocommerce archives.

    @Preetga
    ,

    I still can see product categories on your home page. But yes, there is no product image because there is no image added to each category, for example, http://www.naturalhealthstar.com/wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=product_cat&tag_ID=606&post_type=product. I also checked the archive of your page here http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.naturalhealthstar.com/ and shop page isn’t there. Perhaps images aren’t added?

    I can’t really tell which is which since there is nothing I can compare it to.

    Thanks!

    Hi there

    Only 14 of my categories that are showing up….there are actually 20. I had images for every single category and now they have all disappeared!

    I will have a look at the thread you sent about WPML but if this doesn’t fix it is there any way I can revert back to an older version of theme X as I need this fixed ASAP!

    Regards,
    Preet

    Hello Preet,

    To display the categories and products in your shop page, please make sure that you have set it in WooCommerce > Settings ? Products > Display > Shop Page Display.

    Please also keep in mind only categories that has products in it will be displayed. I’ve checked your categories and you have 47 items. Balms, body support, gifts, etc. doesn’t have products yet. These categories will not be displayed in your shop or category archive page.

    Hope this helps.

    Every single category had products in them! This was all working PERFECTLY before the x upgrade and now it seems that everything is messed up!!!!

    I don’t want to try and fix every issue I would rather revert back to the old version of x. How do I do that?

    I have customers coming on to the site and this is really affecting my business so I need this fixed today.

    Thanks,
    Preet

    Hi Preet,

    Kindly downgrade your woocommerce plugin to version 2.5.5 as that is the Latest Supported Version of xtheme.

    Please always check changelog and version compatibility page before upgrading.

    Hope that helps
