    My site is showing as connected/validated on my Add-on/Homepage – however when I try to upgrade from the WP upgrade window it issuing to validate the template – and the upgrade shows an unavailable message. I recently changed the domain name for this site – from enterdacunha.com to daCunha.global – and have updated this in my manage accounts page.

    I have tried to revoke validation and then re added into the same license. I have also cleared the caches but the message still appears on the upgrade page.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind revalidating your domain again. Revoke the license then assign again the Purchase ID you for the domain.

    If still not working, you could try updating it manually. For guide, https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    After it is updated manually, please observe it until the next update if still the automatic update is not working please let us know.
