I neglected to keep up with the theme updates and now it appears I can’t use the auto-update to catch up. And when I updated our WordPress to 4.6.1, the page editor stopped working. The Visual editor just loops in an endless loop and doesn’t show. SO now I can’t update our site. our url is http://www.leapoffaithartsministries.org. I don’t see a cornerstone plugin installed on my site.
Can I get any support on this?

Thanks for writing in! X 2.1.0 is way behind from the latest version of X which now 4.6.4 (and soon to be releasing X 5.0). Please also take note that X shortcodes and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which can be installed automatically by going to X Addons page. You must deactivate and delete X Shortcodes plugin once you have updated to the latest version.
The issue is that you cannot update X and I won’t suggest that you do the update at the moment. There might be some conflict or issues that would make your website unavailable. I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:
